This rental features a full kitchen and dining table, hot running water, and a furnished deck with plenty of seating and a cozy hammock, perfect for afternoon naps. Please note this treehouse is a 10 minute hike from basecamp, pack light!

The home offers 2 bedrooms each with full bathrooms separated by a covered bridge. Perfect for friends or family wanting their own space in the same home.

Each section of the home comes with its own generously sized balcony.

The home has its own solar power system adequate enough for lights, a full sized fridge/Freezer and charging of small devices.

The property is a 10 - 15 min walk from the carpark.

Casa Paraiso is situated on the green trail. The trail to the home is narrow and beaming with flora and wildlife - pack light and bring boots!

The main bedroom and the upper section of the home comes with a king sized bed while the lower bedroom has a queen sized bed.

The generous sized kitchen can be found on the lower level and has an oven, stovetop and small fridge with freezer.
MEET AND GREET
There is no office on the property or onsite staff. The community is made up of private home owners, residents, work exchange applicants and guests.
There is also no phone signal coming up the road to Finca Bellavista or at the car park so a time to meet with a member of the community needs to be prearranged. Once a booking is confirmed, you will be able to share your arrival day through the Fusion Forum where a member of the community will make themselves available to meet you.
Once you have been introduced to an available community member, you will be able to update them directly should your travel day or arrival time change. Once onsite, they will escort you to my home and ensure everything is operational and comfortable before leaving you to enjoy Paraiso.

MEET THE OWNERS
Dave and Sandy (now married) first visited Finca Bellavista in 2012 during the early years of their relationship as guests of the community. They instantly clicked with the pura vida vibe and fell head over heels in love with the project and each other. Wanting to help Finca Bellavista anyway they could, a deal was made on one of the communities favored lots at the time that not only cemented their love but also a guest favorite - Casa Paraiso.
Dave played college basketball at Penn State and graduated college the year that the NBA and the ABA merged. Instead of going pro in the US league, Dave opted to play pro basketball in Europe - playing for Spain, Switzerland and Belgium. He did eventually get an offer from the Atlanta Hawks to play pro, but was enjoying his time so much in Europe that he declined it.
Sandy is a warm kind hearted and successful business owner who advises individuals, families, and small businesses on the appropriateness of long-term care and life insurance. Her goal is to preserve her clients’ retirement portfolios, as well as to protect their families from the financial and emotional consequences of requiring long-term care. She has helped many small business owners and self-employed individuals take advantage of the favorable tax treatments available for long-term care benefits.
CANCELLATION
You are welcome to cancel with a full refund up until 5 days prior to your check-in date. A 50% refund (minus the first night and service fee) is available up until 12.00 noon the day of your check in.
All guests must sign a digital liability waiver before arriving onsite, you cannot explore the property or take part in any onsite activities unless this is completed.
DIRECTIONS
Finca Bellavista is located in the Central American country of Costa Rica, in the Southern Zone (on the Pacific Coast side). The Finca Bellavista community is 3 kilometers east of the InterAmericana Highway, near the town of Piedras Blancas (in between the cities of Palmar Norte and Rio Claro).
